Mr. Currie founded Point Bar Energy LLC and most recently was the Geological Advisor for Chesapeake Energy Mid-Con business unit. While with Chesapeake Energy Mr. Currie support teams in reservoir analysis and prospect generation. Prior to Chesapeake, Mr. Currie held a Supervisor position at Devon Energy in Permian Basin and Anadarko Basin. Mr. Currie began his career with Mewbourne Oil Company in the Oil and Gas industry. Mr. Currie received his Bachelor of Science in Geology from Texas Tech, a Masters in Geology from University of Oklahoma and a Masters in Energy Management from Oklahoma City University..

Mrs. Currie before joining Point Bar Energy LLC she was previously with EOG Resources where she served as Reservoir Engineer Advisor for the Mid-Con Business Unit. While there she was responsible for the direction of planning efforts, play and completion to tight sands across the Anadarko Basin. Mrs. Currie began her career in the energy field at Marathon Energy, where she served in various engineering supporting roles. Mrs. Currie holds a Masters in Geological Engineering from Missouri School of Science and Technology (Rolla, MO.)
